First, the black image is just the shrink wrap, the product is actually white. I will guess that the 6.0 means for 6 inch organs, because I have a 6.5 inch organ and it seems to bottom out a bit, but otherwise, I like it. That might be important. This is my first such product, and it is surprising how real to life it feels like a woman's organ, including that important snug (cervical?) fit at just the right location, midway in. I preheat mine for 10 seconds or less in the microwave for a really life like experience. Play on buying lots of generic ky jelly as a lube. It only comes with enought for one use. As with an actual women, you can not control the pressure exerted on your organ, because it has a thin plastic hard shell case. I use mine to edge and then pull out just before ejaculating.. and finish manually or whatever. You 'could' do your ejaculating 'inside' the product, but it might be real messy to clean, dunno, did not try that. It is a worth while novelty, even if you tire of it. Can't go wrong buying one.. If you want to lay on top of it, in place, in bed, with a army of pillows for support, I found the thin plastic shell can dig into your pubic bone enough to make it difficult or uncomfortable to emulate missionary intercourse, but there are lots of possibilities. If case you are wondering how it works, the product seems to be silicone filled device, that easily stretches to fit your organ. It comes with a cap, which you need for storage, without which, it would be messy, due to the lube in it.

The product is advertised as being single use only, but as long as you clean it after use, it is reusable. I recommend a combination of antibacterial soap and a disinfectant. Make sure you rinse it with water after cleaning.
The only problems I've seen is that with too vigorous use, the edge of the opening can get torn and after a time, it will stretch out a bit. I may move up to the Tenga Lip Service 8.0.

Just an fyi for those planning to clean and reuse, I tore a tenga deepthroat cup apart and took the sleeve out, the sleeve is surrounded by a very spongy foam. If you rinse this product out, you will never get it completely dry :( It probably wouldn't take long for various molds and mildew to buildup inside. Best idea for reuse is like the other reviewer said, pull out and finish manually. I still wouldn't keep it long. For reuse the Tenga flip holes are designed for that, but they are almost as pricey as a fleshlight (although MUCH easier to clean from what I've seen). I haven't tried one out yet, but unlike these it is a toy that can be kept until you wear it out.

I bought this item thinking that it would give "the amazing feeling" that everybody is talking about, but i found that it's not worth the money that i spent on it and the feeling isn't that great. besides, the front edge of this item will break after you use it for the first time and it will start coming out every time you use it after that.
